File:  EEAFA - TRANSPORTATION FOR ATHLETIC TEAMS

1.  All team members must be transported to contests by School Department or bus vendor vehicles, when provided. Exceptions to School Department transportation requirements must be approved in advance by the Athletic Director or their designee.

2.  In some instances, Framingham Public Schools (FPS) may not provide transportation for athletes selected to participate in individual competitions or tournaments.

3.  All requests for transportation must be made through the Director of Athletics office. No coach will arrange directly for transportation unless an emergency exists.

4.  The Athletic Director will develop procedures for implementation of this policy.
