The Superintendent is authorized to make minor changes in opening and closing times to simplify transportation scheduling; however, major changes in schedules will be subject to Committee approval.
Parents and guardians will be informed of the opening and closing times set by the Committee. To help ensure the safety of all children, parents will also be notified that elementary and middle school students will not be admitted into the school building until 15 minutes prior to the start of the official day unless bus schedules or programs require earlier admittance. High school students will not be admitted until 10 minutes prior to the start of the school day.
